SRGAP2C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SRGAP2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,777 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SRGAP2C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRGAP2, SRGAP2B, and NOTCH2. Each is linked with SRGAP2C in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SRGAP2C-to-partner and partner-to-SRGAP2C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SRGAP2C versus SRGAP2 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SRGAP2C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SRGAP2C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
