SREBF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SREBF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SREBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4304, BPY2DP, and RPSAP38. Each is linked with SREBF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SREBF1-to-partner and partner-to-SREBF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4304 grouped by SREBF1-low versus SREBF1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SREBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SREBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
