SQSTM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SQSTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,142 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SQSTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUTP5, RN7SL304P, and RN7SKP71. Each is linked with SQSTM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SQSTM1-to-partner and partner-to-SQSTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUTP5 grouped by SQSTM1-low versus SQSTM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SQSTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SQSTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
