SPTSSB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTSSB RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,616 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTSSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIPH, MAL2, and SUSD4. Each is linked with SPTSSB in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTSSB-to-partner and partner-to-SPTSSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTSSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTSSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
