SPTSSB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTSSB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTSSB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1228P, YTHDF3-AS1, and GAS2L2. Each is linked with SPTSSB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTSSB-to-partner and partner-to-SPTSSB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTSSB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTSSB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
