Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTBN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,812 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPTBN5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with SPTBN5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTBN5-to-partner and partner-to-SPTBN5 results are reported.
