Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTBN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,407 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPTBN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAF1, SEPSECS, and TAF4B. Each is linked with SPTBN5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTBN5-to-partner and partner-to-SPTBN5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAF1 grouped by SPTBN5-low versus SPTBN5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTBN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTBN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
