Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,216 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPTB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RANBP6, SORBS2, and EPN1. Each is linked with SPTB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTB-to-partner and partner-to-SPTB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTB versus RANBP6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
