Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,447 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are HBA1, HBB, and ATF3. Each is linked with SPTB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTB-to-partner and partner-to-SPTB results are reported.
