SPTB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,410 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCAM, LINC00686, and EMC9. Each is linked with SPTB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTB-to-partner and partner-to-SPTB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCAM grouped by SPTB-low versus SPTB-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
