Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPTB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, Lck, and S6_pS240_S244. Each is linked with SPTB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTB-to-partner and partner-to-SPTB results are reported.
