Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPTB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,407 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPTB-associated genes across cancer lineages are STEAP3, EIF4EBP2, and FHL2. Each is linked with SPTB in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPTB-to-partner and partner-to-SPTB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPTB versus STEAP3 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPTB→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPTB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
