Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPSB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 267 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPSB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF106, APH1A, and ZCCHC17. Each is linked with SPSB4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPSB4-to-partner and partner-to-SPSB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPSB4 versus ZNF106 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPSB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPSB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
