Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRYD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRYD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6801, RNU6-1211P, and RPS29P26. Each is linked with SPRYD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRYD4-to-partner and partner-to-SPRYD4 results are reported.
