Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-1211P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-1211P expression is associated with patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Additionally, RNU6-1211P RNA expression shows 10,314 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Together, these results highlight STAD, and LUSC as cancer lineages where RNU6-1211P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
