SPRY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,086 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRY1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, PALM2AKAP2, and SEPTIN7. Each is linked with SPRY1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRY1-to-partner and partner-to-SPRY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRY1 versus KANK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
