SPRTN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRTN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,820 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRTN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, GATAD2B, and BPNT1. Each is linked with SPRTN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRTN-to-partner and partner-to-SPRTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRTN versus BROX in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
