SPRTN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRTN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,111 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC45, CENPX, and NEK2. Each is linked with SPRTN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRTN-to-partner and partner-to-SPRTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPRTN versus LRRC45 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
