SPRTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPRTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIFIN, ASPN, and MRPL19. Each is linked with SPRTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRTN-to-partner and partner-to-SPRTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRIFIN grouped by SPRTN-low versus SPRTN-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
