SPRR2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPRR2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPRR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6S1, RNU1-34P, and CYP2A7P1. Each is linked with SPRR2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPRR2A-to-partner and partner-to-SPRR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6S1 grouped by SPRR2A-low versus SPRR2A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPRR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPRR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
