SPPL2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPPL2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 995 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPPL2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-163P, PRRX2-AS1, and SUCLA2P2. Each is linked with SPPL2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPPL2A-to-partner and partner-to-SPPL2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-163P grouped by SPPL2A-low versus SPPL2A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPPL2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPPL2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
