Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-163P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-163P expression is associated with patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-163P is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, RNU6-163P RNA expression shows 5,523 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight STAD, and KICH as cancer lineages where RNU6-163P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
