Q-omics provides the consensus-scored OR7E148P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. OR7E148P expression is associated with patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, OR7E148P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, OR7E148P RNA expression shows 2,844 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Together, these results highlight STAD, BRCA, and BLCA as cancer lineages where OR7E148P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
