SPP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPP1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,175 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL4A4, CCDC180, and HAUS3. Each is linked with SPP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPP1-to-partner and partner-to-SPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COL4A4 grouped by SPP1-low versus SPP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
