SPON1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPON1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,706 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPON1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RECK, PDZRN4, and RSPO1. Each is linked with SPON1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPON1-to-partner and partner-to-SPON1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPON1 versus RECK in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPON1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPON1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
