Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPO11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,986 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPO11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Cellular respiration, and Mitotic recombination. Each is linked with SPO11 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPO11-to-partner and partner-to-SPO11 results are reported.
