Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPO11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,456 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPO11-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGTLC2, CCDC198, and GINS1. Each is linked with SPO11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPO11-to-partner and partner-to-SPO11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPO11 versus GGTLC2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPO11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPO11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
