SPO11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPO11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPO11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and ATM. Each is linked with SPO11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPO11-to-partner and partner-to-SPO11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by SPO11-low versus SPO11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPO11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPO11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
