SPO11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPO11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 99 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPO11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOM1, CASP14, and MT-ND1. Each is linked with SPO11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPO11-to-partner and partner-to-SPO11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOM1 grouped by SPO11-low versus SPO11-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPO11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPO11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
