SPINT5P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINT5P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,815 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINT5P-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPINT4, RN7SKP36, and RNY3P14. Each is linked with SPINT5P in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINT5P-to-partner and partner-to-SPINT5P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINT5P versus SPINT4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINT5P→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINT5P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
