SPINT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,178 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, PAPSS2, and PLOD2. Each is linked with SPINT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINT4-to-partner and partner-to-SPINT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINT4 versus P4HA2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
