Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,223 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOPX, SELENOM, and GNG8. Each is linked with SPINK2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK2-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPINK2 versus HOPX in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
