SPINK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPINK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPINK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNA5SP405, and RNA5SP51. Each is linked with SPINK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPINK1-to-partner and partner-to-SPINK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by SPINK1-low versus SPINK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPINK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPINK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
