Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPIN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,449 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to plasma membrane, Spliceosomal complex assembly, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with SPIN3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIN3-to-partner and partner-to-SPIN3 results are reported.
