Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPIN3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 29 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SPIN3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher SPIN3 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPIN3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and MESO show a favorable association.

COAD, UCEC, and READ are the cancer types where SPIN3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
