SPIDR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPIDR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPIDR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2AK2, CCDC140, and OR2L13. Each is linked with SPIDR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPIDR-to-partner and partner-to-SPIDR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2AK2 grouped by SPIDR-low versus SPIDR-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPIDR→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPIDR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
