Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPESP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,823 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPESP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCBP1-AS1, TRAIP, and DNAJC9. Each is linked with SPESP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPESP1-to-partner and partner-to-SPESP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCBP1-AS1 grouped by SPESP1-low versus SPESP1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPESP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPESP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
