Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPEG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,442 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPEG-associated genes across cancer lineages are JPH2, RASL12, and HSPA12B. Each is linked with SPEG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPEG-to-partner and partner-to-SPEG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPEG versus JPH2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPEG→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPEG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
