SPDYE8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYE8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK6, ADSS1, and KRT79. Each is linked with SPDYE8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE8-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRK6 grouped by SPDYE8-low versus SPDYE8-high in LUAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYE8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYE8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
