Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE7P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,896 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPDYE7P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere maintenance, Cytoskeleton-dependent intracellular transport, and Obsolete positive regulation of histone methylation. Each is linked with SPDYE7P in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE7P-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE7P results are reported.
