Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE7P mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPDYE7P-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ naive T-cells, Endothelial cells, and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with SPDYE7P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE7P-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE7P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ naive T-cells grouped by SPDYE7P-low versus SPDYE7P-high in OV.
