Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE22P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,688 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPDYE22P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of chromosome organization, Regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, and Regulation of cytokinesis. Each is linked with SPDYE22P in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE22P-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE22P results are reported.
