Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPDYE22P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SPDYE22P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SPDYE22P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPDYE22P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and ESCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, KICH, and ACC are the cancer types where SPDYE22P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
