SPDYA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,750 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NT5C3A, TSC2_S1411, and SAR1B. Each is linked with SPDYA in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYA-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDYA versus NT5C3A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
