Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,335 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are T cell receptor signaling pathway, Regulation of calcium ion transmembrane transport, and Positive regulation of lymphocyte differentiation. Each is linked with SPATA48 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA48-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA48 results are reported.
