The most reproducible SPATA48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA surveillance, Glutamatergic neuron differentiation, and Glycolipid catabolic process. Each is linked with SPATA48 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA48-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA48 results are reported.
