SPATA2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,501 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA2L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSDL1, DCTPP1, and PKP4_S776. Each is linked with SPATA2L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA2L-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA2L versus HSDL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
