Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA2L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,612 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYLD, MNDA, and FPR1. Each is linked with SPATA2L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA2L-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA2L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA2L versus CYLD in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
