SPATA2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA2L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, p62 Lck ligand, and Rad50. Each is linked with SPATA2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA2L-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by SPATA2L-low versus SPATA2L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
