Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,922 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA2L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle uncoating, Peptidyl-methionine modification, and Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with SPATA2L in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA2L-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA2L results are reported.
